From Flab to Abs
I have always been conscious about my need to work out and stay fit, but for me it never seemed to be enough. I thought if I worked out, it gave me the luxury to indulge and reward myself with whatever I was craving. I woke up one morning after a vacation feeling so huge and bloated, and I knew then I had to do something. I decided I was going to do this 100%! I did my research on what to eat and what types of workouts would work best for me. Sure enough within a month the pounds were just falling off. I felt better, more energized, and that gross bloated feeling never came back. This is a blog about eating healthy and staying fit!
